Very responsive to all matters regarding any issues over the two and half years of our tenancy with Jambi. I hired Jon Grogan to manage the rental of my mother's house a year ago. This was a very stressful situation for us as she had to move out quickly and across the country due to health concerns. Jon provided outstanding service as my realtor. He gave us a detailed assessment of the property value and recommended a sale price based on several factors. His staff took professional photos and posted effective write-up on our property to several listings. Over the course of a few weeks our property was sold. Jon managed my duplex when I moved out of state a couple of years back. He was always quick to respond, took very good care of my property and tenants. We loved living in a very well maintained rental house managed by Jon at Jambi Property Management. Any time there was an issue he was quick to fix it. The washing machine broke down and he had it replaced before our next load of laundry! We had been googling local laundromats with dread but never had to go to one.
