Meet Jon Grogan

After working for nearly a decade at the world’s most prestigious commercial real estate company (CBRE) as a commercial real estate appraiser (resulting in the valuation of over 3.5 Billion dollars worth of multifamily properties), Jon Grogan, decided to pursue a field where he could help individuals and families, not solely corporations. 

He knew his master’s degree in counseling psychology combined with his exceptional analytical real estate talents would be a great fit to support owners, buyers, tenants, and vendors navigate through the difficulties of a real estate transaction. What better way to accomplish this than to faithfully serve in the geographical area he is most familiar…the South Bay and West side areas of Los Angeles. Simply put, Jon provides excellent customer service in a timely fashion, in order to create a success story for all parties involved.

Jon is the owner of Jambi Property Management, one of the premier residential property management properties focusing on nicer single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes in the South Bay and West side areas of Los Angeles since 2012. 

Jon is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker, Certified General Appraiser, and REALTOR® with Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.   He provides extra care and attention to the local real estate investors, owners, tenants, and other real estate professionals and partners.  He is an extremely knowledgeable professional that has completed over 200 real estate transactions (i.e. sale or lease) the last ten years. He also works closely with contractors and vendors to manage and oversee numerous property renovation and repair projects. When he is not out selling, managing, or overseeing property renovations, he enjoys sailing to Catalina, Channel Islands and around the Bay out of the Redondo Beach and Marina del Rey Harbors.

In addition, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, exercising, hiking in Palos Verdes and the Santa Monica mountains, having happy hour drinks with his friends and family on Abbot Kinney in Venice and at the Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach piers. 

Meet Johnny Sbrizzi

Assistant Property Manager

Johnny Sbrizzi graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2009. There he attended the Michael G. Foster School of Business where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with honors. Immediately after college, Johnny worked in financial products sales and retail banking at Wells Fargo Bank.  In 2011 Johnny moved to the South Bay in Los Angeles where he joined CGS International Inc., a family owned international aircraft parts and distribution business, acting as the company’s primary sales and consulting professional.

Johnny’s passion for residential real estate and desire to help people achieve their goals; encouraged him to obtain his real estate license, become a Realtor, and join Sotheby’s International Realty in Manhattan Beach in 2017.  Additionally, in 2019, Johnny also became an Assistant Property Manager with Jambi Property Management that allows him to expand his professional role in the local residential real estate industry.  The uniqueness and character of the South Bay and Beach Cities homes coupled with the community’s rich cultural diversity made this an ideal place to work for him. Johnny’s extensive travel experience and charismatic, outgoing personality allow him to connect and establish lasting relationships with his clients and community.

When not assisting his clients in selling, purchasing or managing their homes; Johnny enjoys the outdoors, barbecuing with friends, going to the beach, playing soccer, beach volleyball and riding his motorcycle along the coast.

Meet Ramel Laterno

Maintenance Coordinator

Ramel is a dynamic accountancy graduate with exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a proven track record of success in real estate (and even the healthcare) industries. With over 5 years of experience providing top-notch call handling skills for both inbound and outbound calls, Ramel is highly organized and proactive with our owners, tenants, and various vendors, contractors, and maintenance professionals. He has developed a keen understanding of a range of maintenance, turnover, and administrative tasks. With a strong technical background and sales experience, Ramel brings a unique perspective to his work, ensuring that he is able to provide high-quality technical support while also delivering excellent customer service. A former employee of Optum Specialty Pharmacy, as well as Comcast and Sprint, Ramel previously honed his skills in customer service, problem-solving, and providing quality oversight to the differing maintenance and project requests he oversees, making him a valuable asset to the team.

In addition to his professional expertise, Ramel is a dedicated team player who is committed to contributing to the success of Jambi Property Management. He is highly detail-oriented and resourceful, always striving to educate himself on new areas of learning to better serve the workflow of a project. With a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges, Ramel consistently delivers high-quality results.

Outside of work, Ramel has a passion for travel and outdoor activities, including mountain climbing, trekking, and camping. He is also a devoted pet lover and enjoys listening to alternative rock and pop music in his free time.
